When cars break down, the men get to workin'

Lance and his friend Swayze got stranded Saturday at RC Willey. So he called me for a jump and I went to help them. We thought maybe it was the alternator, which was pretty fried, but then it wouldn't start. Ends up that it was the starter. So Lance started working on fixing everything and then Brian started helping. Lance thought that it was great to put grease on everyone. Hunter was asleep when Uncle Lance drew on his face. Then Swayze and I got it. Lance and Brian got all greased up the good old fashioned way...hard work.

Swayze and me, at least it came off easy enough. What you can't see is that Lance also stamped my legs, my very white legs, with his big paw prints. That didn't come off as easy.

So this is Sundays efforts. This is Swayze's only means of transportation, and she has 3 kids. So it was really important that it got up and running.
I said it once and I will say it again, McKadie is a tom boy, she loves to hang out with the boys and was so cute with Uncle Lance.

Everytime she saw him she was yelling LANCE...and callin him babe. It was great.

Then as Sadie was taking these pictures, Hunter had to do the man thing and get in on the action.

It was great hanging out with Lance and Swayze. I don't get to see Lance very often. He has been working out of town, and is a very busy guy. It was a blast getting to know Swayze. She is a sweetheart.
And yes...the car is running. What great mechanics!
