Pinterest does it again...Homemade Bagels

Brian gave me an early birthday present, something that I have been dreaming of for a long time, a Kitchen Aid Blender.  The first thing I made was chocolate chip cookies.  They were literally the best cookies I ever made.  I used the recipe in the Kitchen Aid Recipe Book.  But they didn't fall and they have the perfect amount of fluff and chewiness.

So then I found this I am so excited to try different versions of this recipe.  Here is what my first try looked like:

Not Bad eh?!?  The kids loved them and would have eaten them all if I would have let them.  They have requested that I make more...Another MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
